The Publications Editor is the head of the production department. She is responsible for the physical appearance of the journal, the copy editing phase of publication, and the GWR’s online presence. Her team formats the GWR into a printable style after the initial editing phase is complete. They conduct three rounds of copy edits. Copy edits consist of printing out the review on paper in the format it will be sent to the publisher and having editors review them for grammatical and formatting errors. The Publications Editor is also responsible for the maintenance of the GWR website and social media accounts.
The publications staff is responsible for the physical formatting and online presence of the GWR. They serve under the Publications Editor. They are primarily, but not solely, responsible for the copy editing process. They also update and maintain the GWR website and social media pages.
